Triangle Health and Fitness club has a fully equipped gym with cardiovascular and resistance equipment which is run by qualified instructors.

 

Our instructors are always on hand to assist and develop a personal training plan to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

 

We also have an excellent variety of classes available, such as pilates, body tone and aqua aerobics which are all undertaken by highly qualified instructors.

 

Residential guests of the Holiday Inn Norwich-Garforth hotel are entitled to free access to our facilities.

 

For your relaxation our Norwich health & fitness club has a wet area which is comprised of a 9-metre swimming pool, a fantastic sauna with fibre optic lights that aid relaxation and a eucalyptus scented steam room.
